If you want to keep his Overclocked Neural DART, which is a good item, just take it into the inventory of one of your agents before leaving. Every other item he carries in his inventory when leaving the mission will be placed in your inventory afterwards, except for the gun. In the DLC mission on day 5 you can take Monst3r's gun and keep it afterwards. For Expert, it scales like this:Īs for the final mission, you want to have at least one agent who is able to at least temporarily ramp up to 4 penetration. A 100% pacifist run is almost impossible (I tried often enough.) and if you need to take down a guard, you will need this penetration. It saves missions by itself.īy the end of day two, you will have to consider armor penetration. If you have a spare 300 credits, go for it.

If you could handle the worst case (which is not that bad after all), go for it. It will save lots of AP over time and the worst case is that you have a guard be interested in the tile next to you. If you play on Expert and open doors by peak - open - peak, think about that move first: do you open the door regardless of what is behind there? If so, step next to the door and just open and peak through it. The range is huge and it often removes three or more firewalls for three power - great programm. Did not expect that when I first picked it up. It is very expensive (with seed it might ok tho) and if you are unlucky, you will trigger an early daemon that kills your run. Ping is by far the second best programm: both of them should be instabuys if you see them.
INVISIBLE INC WEAPONS SOFTWARE
Doing an early trip to a software lab is totally worth it if you manage to pick it up. Wisp is the single best programm (apart from wings which is extremely rare.) for Incognita. Rescuing the hostage will reward you with 1.400 credits - good stuff! If you already have four agents in your team and visit another detention center, it will hold a "normal" hostage. Try avoid more than one or two 12 hour flights. Short travel times = more missions per day = more missions before they get harder = better equipment in the lategame. You can distract a guard by running a single step onto an adjacent tile and have them investigate that tile - after the first step turn off running and sneak away ) You can always run for the first three AP of your turn and then start sneaking again. Running is the most important tool to distract guards. You can distract guards by purposely moving onto the red/white squares to have the guard move there to investigate.
INVISIBLE INC WEAPONS FULL
There are three kinds of squares: yellow means the guard's vision on that tile is blocked, red/white means the guard notices the tile and will be interested in that tile and red means the guard has full vision on that tile and will be alerted if you step onto it. Learn how guard's vision works and utilize the tactical view (ALT). It is a good investment and will speed up your mission. That allows all of your agents to steal from guards without knocking them out. Level up Anarchy to level two on every one of your agents. You will not be able to drop the body to perform any action, but you do pin both guards at the same time. If you do decide to hack a drone, make sure to pin it down after it is KO'ed.Ī single agent can pin down two guards at the same time: just carry the on body on top of the other and stay on top of that guard. Same thing as with guards - while it may be helpful to scout with a drone, the aftermath of having an alerted drone is often not worth it. Having guards do their routines is predictable, easy to figure out and overall helps focusing on other objectives.Īvoid hacking drones. The game is so much easier if you sneak around them, because after they wake up from the KO, guards will be "alerted" which means they leave their routine and start hunting for your agents. If there really is no other way out, you of course have to kill someone, but you should consider all other options first. Just don't lethal if your overall gameplan does not include snowballing Draco.

Cleanup costs are high, the heart monitors screw you over and you will have to buy a charge pack every other mission. Weapons that deal lethal damage are ineffective. It may be okay as ultima ratio, but it should never be part of your initial gameplan (unless you run Draco). Killing guards should not be an option. So I came up with a list to help out fellow operators to get into the game - or to help people beat Expert+. There are some things I learned the hard way that I wish I knew earlier. I just finished my second Expert+ run, have an endless savegame on day 15 and believe I understood the mechanics of the game.
